Hadouken: Interview with Thomas Böcker

With excitement mounting for the imminent launch of Final Symphony, the stunning new album of Final Fantasy concert music performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, producer Thomas Böcker sits down with popular Brazilian gaming website, Hadouken, for a lengthy chat about what makes this new recording so special.

In heading to the world famous Abbey Road Studios to record the album, Böcker has this to say:

“Abbey Road Studios is a place of musical history: The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Elton John - they all recorded there, and all of them are musical heroes of Nobuo Uematsu. In my opinion, it was always a dream of his to come to Abbey Road. The acoustics are stunning, simply perfect, especially for the sound we wanted for our album: precise, warm and rich.”
