Exclusively filmed during the Abbey Road Studios recording sessions, today sees the launch of a brand new trailer for Final Fantasy concert album, Final Symphony, ahead of its global, digital release on February 23.
The trailer features samples from some of the most memorable arrangements in the Final Symphony concert program, and showcases why the London Symphony Orchestra is regarded as one of the best ensembles in the world. Also featured on the video are insights into the recording process from conductor Eckehard Stier, LSO musicians Gareth Davies and Maxine Kwok-Adams, and – of course – legendary composer Nobuo Uematsu, who goes on to explain why working on the Final Symphony album has been a dream come true for him.
The trailer is available to watch right now over at IGN.com.
And if that still isn’t enough Final Symphony for you, UK radio station Classic FM, the biggest classical music station in the world, will be exclusively playing a track from the new album on its Saturday Night at the Movies show, from 5pm on February 21. Head to www.classicfm.com for more details on the program and how to listen.
